Blakeney Point to see the Seals

A fantastic day on the always sunny North Norfolk Coast .
With our great friends The Fishers we boarded an unsinkable boat and headed out to see the seals. All the children had a wonderful time - the seals were hilarious lolloping around the beach and flopping into the sea. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Harry's 1st Swimming Badge

After saying he didn't want to go to swimming lessons anymore because he kept drowning we were very proud when Harry swam a whole width and got his 10m badge. Apparently he agreed with his instructor to try to swim not try to drown - a new technique which evidently works wonders.

Beavers Sleepover

Our little man went to his first Beavers sleepover on Friday. We dropped him off at 7pm (normally his storytime) and left him with nearly 70 other Beavers in a big hall. He said he had great fun eating hot dogs, watching a movie, singing round a camp fire and not getting to sleep until midnight. From the sounds of it they had a very early start but he was happy as he was allowed two bowls of Cheerios! Then he set off to make lots of Christmas Crafts - a fantastic star made from wire and foam and a tissue paper stained glass window stocking being his favourites. The event was finished off with a visit from Santa and a huge party with lots of games and dancing. How cool for a 6 year old, 21 hours of mayhem with your mates. He's already said he is definitely going to the next one.........

Autumn Leaves

On a sunny Saturday in November the boys had lots of fun playing with the Horse Chestnut leaves in front of our house. Many dens / vehicles were made the best being a Star Wars Speeder.
